If you wish to request a return for your shipment,

If a customer wishes to return one or more products after receiving their order, they will pay the shipping costs. If the product is returned to Dar Al-Mashaghel via a shipping company, the customer will be charged the return shipping costs. These amounts will be deducted from the customer's refund amount. The amount will not be refunded to the customer until the goods are received to ensure the validity of the product to be returned.

When returning an order or part of an order and the payment method for that order was via Tabby, a 2.3% + 1 non-refundable fee will be deducted from Tabby.

Exchange Policy:
